The Children’s Book Council has named Lift Your Light A Little Higher a 2017 Notable Social Studies Trade Book for Young People in the K to Grade 2 category!

Three hours after my colonoscopy (which was all go Three hours after my colonoscopy (which was all good, yay!!!), this is what I’m doing. Going into the scary crawl space to look for frozen pipes. We were doing so well till that last -5 degree drop on Sunday morning. 😭😭😭. But hopefully getting up to 37 today will help. (Oh and no burst pipes so far. 🤞🤞🤞)
